Member Agreement

This agreement applies to all members accessing tutorial content on www.gemmaluxpoledance.com.

By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.

 

Personal Membership License

Membership grants you a limited license to access tutorial videos and training materials for personal use only.

 

All content remains the property of Gemma Lux Entertainment, LLC.

 

Account Responsibility

Membership accounts are intended for individual use.

 

Members agree not to:

• Share login credentials with others
• Allow multiple users to access a single membership
• Distribute access to tutorial content outside the platform

Accounts suspected of misuse may be suspended or terminated.

 

Content Protection

Members agree not to:

• Download or screen record tutorials
• Re-upload lessons to other platforms
• Share or distribute tutorial content publicly
• Use content for resale or commercial distribution

 

Unauthorized use of content may result in removal of membership access and potential legal action.

 

Agreement Acceptance

By accessing tutorial content, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this Member Agreement.
